Zusammenfassung:A fan housing assembly (60) of a turbofan engine (20) and method of manufacture includes a fan housing (62) that defines a flowpath (34) radially inward, and a groove structure (64) attached to and located aft of the housing (62) for connection to a stationary portion of an outer shell (50) of a thrust reverser (40). The groove structure (64) includes a base portion (72) concentrically located about an engine axis (22), and aft (74) and leading legs (76) spaced axially apart from one another and projecting radially outward from the base portion (72). The fan housing (62), the base portion (72), and the aft (74) and leading legs (76) are made of a one-piece composite material.
