Zusammenfassung:	A hearing device for being worn at least partly within an ear canal. A shell encloses a cavity with a first sound opening and a second sound opening and has a receiver within the cavity. The receiver is divided into a front chamber and a back chamber by a membrane, wherein the front chamber is in acoustic communication with the exterior of the shell via the first sound opening, and the back chamber is in acoustic communication with the exterior of the shell via the second sound opening. Furthermore, a method for manufacturing such a hearing device is given.
