Zusammenfassung:	A bumper device (10) for a vehicle is arranged on one of a front side and a rear side of a vehicle cabin (C) to extend in a vehicle width direction. The bumper device (10) for a vehicle includes: a tubular portion (20), which is made of metal and integrally formed so as to have a tubular shape extending in the vehicle width direction; and a reinforcing member (31), which is formed so as to have a plate-like shape extending in the vehicle width direction along an inner surface of the tubular portion (20). A foamed resin charged into the tubular portion (20) is foamed to be increased in volume, to thereby fix the reinforcing member (31) inside the tubular portion (20).
