Zusammenfassung:An in-wheel motor driven wheel having a knuckle 6 provided so as to be steered about the axis of the virtual kingpin axis 7 the upper side of which is inclined in the vehicle width direction inner side, a wheel connected to an axle that is rotatably supported by the knuckle 6, and a motor (in-wheel motor 5) for providing a driving force to the axle. The in-wheel motor driven wheel comprises: an electrical connection mechanism (rotary power source terminal 12) that electrically connects a motor side feed wire (stationary power feed wire 13a) extending from the motor (in-wheel motor 5) and a vehicle body-side feed wire (movable power feed wire 13b) extending from a vehicle mounted power source such that the vehicle body-side feed wire (movable power feed wire 13b) is rotatably connected relative to the motor side feed wire (stationary power feed wire 13a). The electrical connection mechanism (rotary power source terminal 12) is disposed on the knuckle 6 outside of a space of a wheel recess 2a of the wheel 2. The configuration allows reduction of whirling of the vehicle body-side wire during steering operation.
