Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a thread emergency cutting device (10) for a filter trip manufacture machine comprising a rod-making machine in a tobacco processing industry. The thread emergency cutting device has a cutting element (11) and a thread guiding device (12). The thread guiding device pre-sets a thread line (17) for the thread (18). The thread emergency cutting device (10) is characterized in that the cutting element (11) and the thread guiding device (12) work together, so that the working regions of the thread line (17) and the cutting element (11) cross when the force exceeds the pre-set force acted on the thread (18).
