Zusammenfassung:	A device with a positioning frame which can be adhered onto the skin and with a transdermal therapeutic system which can be inserted into a cut-out that passes through the positioning frame. The active substance dispensing outlet side of the inserted transdermal therapeutic system facing the skin. The device includes a tool unit which can be inserted into the cut-out of the positioning frame and centered in said cut-out in order to produce openings at least in the uppermost layer of the skin.
