Zusammenfassung:	A poppet for use with a valve, comprising: a first body having: a first seating surface (912) to sealingly engage a second body of the valve; a second seating surface (914) opposite the first seating surface to sealingly engage a plug (306) of the valve; an aperture to receive a stem of the valve; and at least one fluid flow channel (918) to fluidly couple a chamber of the valve to another chamber, wherein the at least one fluid flow channel has an opening positioned between the aperture and the second seating surface; characterized in that the poppet further comprises: a seal (902) positioned within a groove (904) formed in a bore defined in the first body, wherein the seal and the bore are coaxially aligned with the aperture and surrounded by the first seating surface; and a plate (906) coupled to the first body to position the seal within the bore.
