Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a thermoplastic copolymer resin having an excellent flame retardancy and transparency and a preparation method therefor and, more particularly, to a thermoplastic copolymer resin having an excellent balance of physical properties such as a transparency, a fluidity, a low temperature impact strength as well as a flame retardancy, a preparation method therefor, and a molded article comprising the thermoplastic copolymer resin, in which the thermoplastic copolymer resin is obtained by copolymerizing polysiloxane having a particular structure and a branched polycarbonate oligomer.
