Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a base sealing station (10) for generating a base seal seam (210) in a film web (200) in a bag filling system (100), comprising a sealing device (20) and at least one clamping device (30). The sealing device (20) has a first stationary sealing jaw (22) and a second sealing jaw (24) which can be moved relative to the first sealing jaw (22), and the clamping device (30) has a first movable clamping jaw (32) and a second movable clamping jaw (34) for clamping the film web (200). A spring device (36) applies a spring force to the first clamping jaw (32) in the direction of the second clamping jaw (34), and the first clamping jaw (32) is positioned closer to the film web (200) than the first sealing jaw (210).
