The wall includes the salt formed from at least one Lewis base reactant and at least one Lewis acid reactant, wherein at least one Lewis base reactant or Lewis acid reactant is amphiphilic and wherein at least one Lewis acid reactant is selected from the group consisting of proteins, protein hydrolysates, charged amino acids, and water-soluble salts of any of these.
