PRESSING TOOL

The invention provides a pressing tool for producing a molded plate. The pressing tool is provided with a first mould part having a first topological structure for a molded plate, and a second mould part having a second topological structure for molding the molded plate, wherein the first and second topological structures are coordinated in order to give the molded plate by moving together of the two mould parts under cooperation of the two topological structures a desired shape, and wherein one of the first and second topological structures a negative mold has and the other of the first and second topological structures a positive mold to press the molded plate for manufacturing the molded plate upon moving of the two tool parts in the negative mold. In order to produce on the molded plate sharply pronounced contours such sharp light edge or design lines, the positive mold to an elastic material to press the sheet metal part for manufacturing the molded plate the moving together of the two tool parts under elastic deformation of the molded plate in the negative mold.
