The present invention relates to an attaching system and an attaching point for rails (S1, S2) on a solid underlying surface (U) which comprise two guide plates (107, 108, 109) which, in the completely mounted state, guide the respectively assigned rail to be attached (S1, S2) on one of its longitudinal sides, and comprise two rail bearing plates (P1, P2, P101-P103'), on each of which one of the guide plates (107, 108, 109) is seated when the system is completely mounted and which each extend under the rail foot (Sf1, Sf2) of the assigned rail (S1, S2) when the system is in the completely mounted state. According to the invention, a bridging plate (15, 104, 104') is provided here, which, when the system is completely mounted, is arranged between the end sides (3, 4), assigned to one another, of two rail bearing plates (P1, P2, P101 - P103') which are positioned adjacent to one another in the completely mounted state, in order to bridge a distance present there between the rail bearing plates (P1, P2, P101 - P103'). A device according to the invention for positioning under a rail mounting point correspondingly comprises two rail bearing plates (P1, P2, P101 - P103') and a bridging plate (15, 104, 104') to be arranged between the latter.
