[Solution] In an ultrasonic urine volume measuring instrument (1) including an ultrasound probe (10), an ultrasound controller (21) that controls transmission and reception of an ultrasound and its reflected wave, and an arithmetic unit (24) that calculates, on the basis of the reflected wave, a urine volume in the bladder every measurement cycle, the ultrasonic urine volume measuring instrument (1) includes a measurement data memory (23b) that stores the urine volume in the bladder calculated by the arithmetic unit (24) and its measurement time, and a urination is determined based upon the urine volume in the bladder calculated by the arithmetic unit and its temporal change.
