To prevent more than necessary restrictions on the addition of a load connected to a power source device due to a priority set for the load when the power consumption of loads connected to the power source device varies. [Solution] When a total of power consumption by the loads connected to a power source supply device (3) decreases during a power outage, in the case of prioritized loads which have a priority set, loads to be additionally connected are identified in order of the priority, whereas when the total power consumption of the identified loads exceeds the upper output limit of the power source supply device (3), loads to be identified in order of priority are skipped and an attempt is made to identify a load with a lower priority. In the case of non-prioritized loads which do not have a priority set, the loads to be additionally connected are identified in ascending order of power consumption. When the total power consumption by the loads connected to the power source supply device (3) increases and exceeds the upper output limit of the power source supply device (3), the non-prioritized loads are disconnected in descending order of power consumption, while the prioritized loads are disconnected in ascending order of priority.
