| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for oral use comprising a mixture of ibuprofen and ibuprofen sodium dihydrate, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, and chlorpheniramine maleate in an acceptable carrier wherein the weight ratio of ibuprofen to ibuprofen sodium dihydrate as free acid equivalent is 19:1 to 1:19 and more than 15% of total ibuprofen dissolves in 15 minutes in 900 ml of 0.1 N HCl solution at pH 1.2 at 37°C using USP Type II (paddle) apparatus rotating at 50 RPM. |
