Zusammenfassung:	The present invention is directed to combinations of sedating antihistamines and at least one, and preferably two or more dietary supplements, which can be indole-based, such as tryptophan, 5-hydroxytryptophan, serotonin, N-acetyl-5-hydroxytryptamine and melatonin, and to their use for treating and thereby improving the health and quality of life of those suffering from sleep-related respiratory disorders, characterized by abnormal breathing during sleep. These include snoring, sleep disordered breathing, sleep apneas, upper airway resistance syndrome, obstructive sleep apnea, central sleep apnea and obesity hypoventilation syndrome and associated ailments.
