Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a mechanical system (1), forming a cam follower or a rocker arm, the mechanical system (1) comprising: a support element; a pin (30) extending between two opposite ends (35, 36) along a first axis (X1) and supported by the support element; and a roller (40) movable in rotation relative to the pin (30) around the first axis (X1) and adapted to roll on a cam. According to the invention, the pin (30) and/or the roller (40) is provided with at least one recess (38) forming a lubricant reservoir at an interface (60) between the pin (30) and the roller (40). The invention also relates to an injection pump or a valve actuator comprising such a mechanical system (1) and a method for manufacturing such a mechanical system (1).
