Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a method for heating sheet metal circuit boards with the formation of different temperature zones in series and a heating plant. The sheet metal is heated and have different temperature zones with different temperature distributions so as to perform hotforming or press-hardening. The sheet metal is heated and moves relative to at least one first sensor serving as a longitudinal field sensor or a horizontal field sensor and moves relative to at least one second sensor serving as the horizontal field sensor. The two sensors are arranged in a specific way or move in a harmonious way so that temperature distribution in the sheet metal with different temperature zones occurs. The invention further relates to a heating plant suitable for executing the method.
