Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a body (1) of a commercial vehicle (1), and particularly to the body of a truck, a trailer or a semi-trailer. The body is provided with at least one breast board (3), wherein each breast board (3) comprises at least one supporting structure (9,10) and at least one breast board component (7,8) which is fixed on the supporting structure (9,10). The breast board component (7,8) can rotate relative to the supporting structure (9,10) from a closing position to an opening position. For enlarging a space for use by carried goods, the body of the commercial vehicle is arranged in a manner that the breast board component (7,8) at least partially surrounds the supporting structure (9,10) at the opening position of the breast board component (7,8).
