PRODUCTION METHOD FOR LEADFRAME WITH A SPRING ELEMENT AS A SWITCH FUSE ASSEMBLY

The invention relates to a method for producing a leadframe (1) for an electric component (EB). The leadframe (1) has an integrated thermal switching device (S). The method has the following steps: forming a spring element (FE) from parts of a pre-punched sheet metal (B), forming a retaining element (HE) from parts of the pre-punched sheet metal (B), forming clamping contacts (KK) from parts of the pre-punched sheet metal (B), folding at least one other part (HS) of the pre-punched sheet metal such that parts (HE, KK) of the pre-punched sheet metal (B) are arranged one over the other, and connecting the parts which lie one over the other using a medium (L) which can be thermally softened, an electric connection being established between the parts which are arranged one over the other.
