Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a heat-sensitive recording material having a flat support, a thermal reaction layer on at least one face of the flat carrier, and optionally an intermediate layer formed between the flat support and the respective thermal reaction layer, and optionally other layers, a crosslinked biopolymer material in the form of nanoparticles being used as a binder in at least one of the layers. The invention also relates to the production and the use thereof.
