Zusammenfassung:	Hot water supply apparatus (50) includes hot water storage tank (3) for storing hot water, water supply pipe (12) for supplying water to a lower part of hot water storage tank (3), inflow pipe line (18) for feeding water from the lower part of hot water storage tank (3), heating device (10) for heating water fed through inflow pipe line (18), and hot water outflow pipe line (19) for feeding hot water heated by heating device (10) to an upper part of hot water storage tank (3). Hot water supply apparatus (50) further includes water quality regulator (23) for reforming a water quality of inflow water so as to inhibit the generation of scale, and auxiliary heater (60) for heating water entering water quality regulator (23). Water quality regulator (23) is disposed at least in inflow pipe line (18) or water supply pipe (12). Auxiliary heater (60) is provided at the upstream side of water quality regulator (23).
