Zusammenfassung:	A dehumidification system (10) for a dry clean room (S1) includes: a dry chamber (S2) supplied with air having a lower humidity than air in the dry clean room (S1); a main dehumidification unit (40) which supplies air to the dry clean room (S1); and a terminal dehumidification unit (50) which processes the air to be supplied from the dry clean room (S1) to the dry chamber (S2), thus achieving energy saving and cost reduction for the dehumidification system (10) for the dry clean room (S1).
