Zusammenfassung:	There is provided a flow passage switching valve that can individually perform the flow control of flow passages of a system including a plurality of flow passages while reducing the number of parts. A first flow passage in which a first inlet (12a) and a first outlet (12c) formed at a valve body (10) communicate with each other through communication holes (43a, 43c) of a cylindrical valve element portion (42) of a valve element (40) and a second flow passage in which a second inlet (12b) and a second outlet (12d) communicate with each other through the communication holes (43b, 43d) of the cylindrical valve element portion are switched according to a change of a rotational position of the valve element.
