Parking brake device includes brake cylinder with spring-loaded power accumulator, electrically controlled first valve device designed so that depending on electric control signal air release and/or air inlet to cylinder with spring-loaded power accumulator can be started. Parking brake device also includes a switched second valve device having a pneumatic control input and an electric control input, which is made to start air bleed from brake cylinder with spring-loaded power accumulator, when pneumatic control input has pneumatic pressure that is less than predetermined threshold value, and when electric current is not available at electric control input.EFFECT: higher reliability of device is achieved.16 cl, 2 dwg
