Zusammenfassung: | In general, a diagram prediction function of a train traffic control system predicts how a basic diagram will be in the future based on current setting conditions such as train delays, facility malfunction, and speed restrictions. For this reason, an influence of a factor yet to happen at the time of the above calculation cannot be predicted until the factor occurs actually, which results in a delay in train schedule adjustment. To address this, a train traffic control system acquires wind velocity and rainfall forecast information from a weather forecast system, calculates expected time points for enforcing and terminating temporary speed restrictions, and adds future settings of the temporary speed restrictions to the processing by a train diagram prediction function. Thus, the system can improve the accuracy of train diagram predictions, and automatically create a plan for train schedule adjustment used for coping with predicted disturbances in the train diagram. |
