Method of making a three dimensional printed memory

Proposed is a method of making a three-dimensional printed memory (3D-P) for long term data storage. The method comprising a) volume printing a base layer (3) on a substrate (2); b) volume printing a first level (4) of address lines (5) above said base layer (3); c) volume printing a data-coding layer (6) above said first level (4) of address lines (5) and volume printing individual data elements (7) to said data-coding layer (6); d) volume printing a second level (8) of address lines (9) above said data-coding layer (6); e) volume printing a base layer (3) above said second level (8) of address lines (9); f) repeating steps a)-e) to form another memory level.
