Zusammenfassung:	The object of the invention is an arrangement and a method for nutrition and remote care services, for example for processing food portions, which arrangement comprises at least a cold-storage space (1) of food portions (14) together with a storage means (13) of the food portions (14), and a heating means (2), a control system (3) provided with a user interface (4), and also means (4a, 4b) for identifying the name and the heating instruction of a food portion (14) disposed the cold-storage space (1) in connection with placing the food portion (14) in the cold-storage space (1). The arrangement comprises also means (35-38) for handling video calls.
