Zusammenfassung:	According to an embodiment of the invention, a device for inserting a hearing aid into an ear canal of a user of the hearing aid or for withdrawing the hearing aid from the ear canal is disclosed. The device includes a tool adapted to removably attach to the hearing aid for positioning the hearing aid in the ear canal, a camera adapted to capture data comprising at least one image and/ or video of the ear canal during the insertion or withdrawing of the hearing aid; and a transmitter adapted to transmit the captured data to an external unit.
