The multicomponent fiber according to the present invention includes a sea-island region (42) and a sea component region (44), and the sea component region (44) is between the sea-island region (42), and has a width of a certain value or more. The composite spinneret according to the present invention includes a nozzle plate having a nozzle hole collection including a sea component region forming hole group including sea discharge holes, and a sea-island discharge hole group.
