Zusammenfassung:	A hydroelectric power generation equipment (1) includes: a water wheel (10) that is disposed under a water surface (Ws); a power generator (55) that performs power generation using rotation of the water wheel (10); a movement guide unit (30) that has a shaft (31) disposed coaxially on a rotation center (A) of the water wheel (10) and such that the shaft (31) is movable in a direction of a rotating shaft of the power generator (55) to transmit rotation of the shaft (31) to the power generator (55); and a water wheel positioning unit (60) that moves the shaft (31) up or down according to a change in the water level (Ws).
