Zusammenfassung: | A light-emitting element (3) and a light-receiving element (4) are provided on a surface (2A) of a substrate (2). The light-emitting element (3) and the light-receiving element (4) are sealed by transparent resin members (5) and (7), respectively. A lens (6) is provided in the transparent resin member (5) at a position above the light-emitting element (3). The center of the lens (6) and a mounting position of the light-emitting element (3) are disposed being shifted from each other. With this, an optical axis of light outputted via the lens (6) is slanted toward an opposite direction side with respect to the light-receiving element (4) at a predetermined elevation angle (Æ). In this case, a beam divergence angle (¸) of light outputted from the lens (6) is set to a predetermined value. |
