Zusammenfassung:	Thermal storage system comprising a shell, tubes through which a heat-transfer fluid is intended to flow, and a phase-change material surrounding said tubes, fins for the exchange of heat with the phase-change material being fixed to an exterior surface of the tubes, said thermal storage system also comprising at least one insert (10) made of thermally conducting material positioned around said tubes, said insert (10) comprising at least one housing (9) to accommodate the tubes, at least in part, with clearance, said insert (10) comprising a collection of branches (12, 16) made of thermally conductive material so that it forms a network that distributes and collects heat through the phase-change material.
