Zusammenfassung:A rectifier circuit device of the present invention detects electric power information to a DC output, adjusts a phase relation between the electric power and a short-circuiting and opening pattern of a semiconductor switch which is phase-synchronized with an AC power source such that information amounts of a first half, a middle portion, and a second half of each half cycle of the power source are each in a predetermined width, or variation of an output voltage becomes a desired voltage, and the output voltage matches with a desired value. "A" ratio "D" of the short-circuiting and opening (an ON ratio) is set to be an equation expressed by D=1-A×sin(¸-²). "A" is a value adjusted based on a difference between the DC voltage and an aimed DC voltage and "²" is a value adjusted based on whether a current flows through a reactor when an instantaneous voltage of the AC power source returns to zero.
