The diaphragm is connected to a vessel body of a bowl, and the vent is connected to a stand of a bowl. The diaphragm has a closing area for closing the discharge opening and a connecting area for connecting the diaphragm with the vessel body spaced to the vent. At least one window is provided between the closing area and the connecting area.
