Zusammenfassung:	A method of packaging a particle-like material includes: creating a state where an inert gas introduction pipe 71 and an inert gas exhaust pipe 73 being inserted into an airtight container 60, and where the airtight container 60 being filled up with a particle-like material 40, and then temporarily closing the opening portion 61; introducing an inert gas through the inert gas introduction pipe 71 into the airtight container 60, and discharging the inert gas introduced into the airtight container 60 out through the inert gas exhaust pipe 73, to thereby replace the inside of the airtight container 60 with the inert gas; and, removing the inert gas introduction pipe 71 and the inert gas exhaust pipe 73 out from the airtight container 60, and then closing the opening portion of the airtight container 60.
