Zusammenfassung:	If it is determined that an internal temperature Tc of a canister that is formed with a heat transfer surface for guiding fuel that flows through a fuel tank during actuation of a fuel pump is lower than a specified temperature To (step S1), the ECU determines whether a driving voltage of the fuel pump is a high driving voltage (step S2). If it is determined that the driving voltage of the fuel pump is not the high driving voltage, an FPC is controlled, and the driving voltage of the fuel pump is increased (step S3, S5). Accordingly, a current that flows through the fuel pump is increased, so as to heat discharged fuel.
