Zusammenfassung:	A communication system (100) comprises a first two-way portable handheld or vehicular radio unit (102) having a camera (506; 606; 706). The first unit, responsive to receiving an incident event trigger, transmits a unique emergency alert to a central control station, activates the camera (506; 606; 706), automatically records first video of an incident scene, and wirelessly provides the first video to the central control station. At least one more portable handheld or vehicular radio unit is in a talk group (104, 106, 108) established by the central control station with the first two-way portable handheld or vehicular radio unit, and responds to activation of the first unit by recording, and wirelessly providing to the central control station, second video of the incident scene. The central control station records and stores the first and second video for subsequent accessing for evidentiary purposes.
