Zusammenfassung:	A damping configuration for an oscillatably mounted, electrical energy transmission device includes a supporting frame which is connected to stationary abutments through a plurality of damping elements. A group of first and second damping elements which have damping rates dimensioned so as to differ from one another and which act in parallel, connect the supporting frame to the abutments. Favorable damping of both weaker and stronger movements, for example caused by an earthquake, is ensured due to a combination of damping elements having differently dimensioned damping rates.
