Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a gear shifting element (74) for a gearbox with a first gearbox shaft (66) and a second gearbox shaft (76) coaxial with the first gearbox shaft (66), with at least two gear planes, wherein the gear shifting element (74) is arranged on the second gearbox shaft (76), wherein a first part (82) of the gear shifting element is arranged between a first gear plane (56) and a second gear plane (58), this first part (82) of the gear shifting element being used for selectively connecting the second gearbox shaft (76) to the first gear plane (56) or the second gear plane (58). A second part (84) of the gear shifting element is arranged between the first gear plane (56) and the first gearbox shaft (66), the second part (84) of the gear shifting element being used for selectively creating or breaking a connection of the second gearbox shaft (76) to the first gearbox shaft (66) or to an additional gear plane.
