Mixing pot comprising a mixing unit with a surface-structured bearing body which interrupts a boundary layer

The invention firstly relates to a mixing pot (1) provided with a mixing unit (2) placed on a wall board (3) of the mixing pot (1). The mixing unit (2) is provided with a bearing body (7) used for supporting the mixing shaft (5) and arranged on the wall board (3). The mixing shaft (5) is used for driving a mixing body (6) having cutters to rotate, so as to enable liquid in the mixing pot (1) to form loops. In order to improve the mixing of liquid around the bearing body, the surface of the bearing body (7) contacting with the liquid has a surface structure (9, 10, 11) which interrupts a boundary layer. The invention also relates to the mixing unit (6) applied to the mixing pot (1). The mixing unit (6) is provided with the bearing boxy supporting the mixing shaft (5).
