Zusammenfassung:	A method and associated device for displaying information pertaining to efficient driving of a motor vehicle (5), wherein an image (2) is displayed on a graphical display (1) device by means of a control device (4), and wherein said image comprises at least one graphical element whose size is a function that is inversely proportional to the magnitude of a variation of the motor vehicle speed (5) for a predetermined control period. In this way, the driver can view the previous data related to the driving task, in respect of ecological and efficient driving, and if said driving is improving in efficiency or getting worse.
