Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a ceramic coating method for a metal (20), wherein a substrate (10), which comprises an enamel having at least one frit, is applied to the metal (20) and fired until a coating formed by fired enamel (30) and having a coating thickness is achieved, wherein the substrate (10) is printed with an ink (1) composed of solid ink particles (3, 4) by means of ink jet printing. The invention further relates to a metal (20) having a ceramic coating, wherein the coating can be achieved by means of such a method. The invention further relates to a domestic appliance, comprising a metal (20) having a ceramic coating, wherein the coating can be achieved by means of such a method. The method according to the invention makes it possible to vary the properties of a ceramic coating of a metal, in particular to produce a ceramic coating having improved properties, such as a ceramic coating having an improved hardness, fastening of decoration, and/or adhesion to metal. In particular, the method makes it possible to provide a coating having properties that can be controlled. Likewise, prints performed by means of ink jet printing are especially durable and abrasion-resistant, wherein a ceramic coating having good surface quality can be achieved. The method also allows the roughness of the ceramic coating to be changed. |
