Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an accessory for cutting foodstuffs, comprising: - a mounting plate (1) partially delimiting a working chamber (13) that is open away from a base (10) provided with a seat (11) for a rotary primary cutting tool (2) and also a cutting window in which a fixed secondary cutting tool (3) is disposed in a removable manner, - a cover (6) which comprises a neck (68) for introducing foodstuffs to be cut and is located substantially opposite the cutting window, - means (100) for rotating the primary cutting tool (2). According to the invention, the secondary cutting tool (3) comprises a frame which carries at least one cutting member (40) and which comprises a gripping member (34) that extends to the outside of the working chamber (13) so as to be accessible from the outside of the assembly formed by the mounting plate (1) and the cover (6).
