Zusammenfassung:	Dispensing device and method for dispensing fluids from a fluid container. The dispensing device includes an attachment section, a first blocking section, a second blocking section, and an actuating section. A dispensing of the fluid results from actuation of the actuating section and the actuation of the actuating section is blockable by a rotation of at least one of the first blocking section and the second blocking section with respect to the attachment section.
