Zusammenfassung:	A method of manufacturing an ink for forming a functional layer includes: dispersing a mixture in which a low molecular material and a high molecular material are mixed in a poor solvent; and dissolving the mixture by adding a good solvent to the poor solvent in which the mixture is dispersed, in which a volume ratio of the poor solvent is from 10% to 70% with respect to the total volume in which the good solvent is added to the poor solvent and the poor solvent and the good solvent can be mixed.
