The invention relates to a cleaning device for cleaning a cleaned part of a small electrical appliance. Three or more detection pins for detecting a level of cleaning liquid by conduction via the cleaning liquid are disposed so as to hang down in a container. One detection pin of the three or more detection pins is defined as a common pin. A bottom end of the common pin is provided to be disposed below bottom ends of the other two or more detection pins. Accordingly, the invention can easily reduce influence on detection for the level of the cleaning liquid, depending on a cleaning liquid surface W in the container being inclined relative to a bottom face of the container, and suppress a reduction of detection accuracy for the cleaning liquid level, even when the cleaning device is put while being inclined.
