Zusammenfassung:	Of this grooved noodle, a cross section of the noodle line has a parallelogram or rectangular primary contour and has two grooves along the noodle line direction at positions that are point-symmetric around the center of the cross section of the noodle line. In the cross section of the noodle line, each groove has: a pair of first sides facing each other and extending towards the inside of the noodle line from a groove opening surface; and a pair of second sides that form the groove tip section, are connected to each other, and bend in a direction approaching each other at the tips of the first sides. The distance from the tip section of the grooves to the opening surface is greater than 1/2 width of the noodle line in the direction of formation of the grooves in the cross section of the noodle line.
