Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an electrically driven motorcycle (1) comprising at least one electrical machine (4), which has a stationary stator (6) and a rotatably mounted rotor (7), wherein said rotor (7) has a return ring (9) with a plurality of permanent magnets (8) distributed over the circumference thereof. According to the invention, the permanent magnets are arranged in the return ring (9) like spokes with alternating tangential magnetisation. The invention further relates to a method for operating such a motorcycle.
