Zusammenfassung:	A system for cooling an enclosure (100) comprises a thermostat (110), in communication with an air conditioning system, configured to initiate a first phase of a first cooling cycle in the enclosure (100) using the air conditioner system, wherein during the first phase, a compressor (230) and a fan (238) of the air conditioning system is activated. The thermostat is configured to, subsequent to the first phase, initiate a second phase of the first cooling cycle wherein the fan (238) is activated and the compressor (230) is not activated, measure one or more parameters during at least the second phase of the first cooling cycle, and alter a duration of a second phase of a subsequent cooling cycle based at least in part of the measurements during the first cooling cycle.
